Currently she is a Registered Nurse on
an accredited Bone Marrow Transplant
Unit on Long Island, and this year
received her Certification in Oncology
Nursing.
As a graduate from the NY College of
Health Professions with a Certification
in Holistic Nursing, she went on to
receive her Bachelors and Masters degree
in Oriental Medicine. As a Board
Certified Acupuncturist, and
Practitioner of Oriental Medicine, she
uses acupuncture, herbal medicine,
nutritional guidance, and aromatherapy
to balance and rejuvenate a person
according to their very specific needs
according to the principles and
philosophies of Oriental Medicine.
Marianne is also a Certified Clinical
Aromatherapist. She studied under the
auspices of Jane Buckles, the foremost
authority on Clinical Aromatherapy of
our time. Marianne is part of the
progressive movement of using
Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Guided
Imagery at a LI hospital, and offering
it to patients so that they have the
opportunity to realize, and appreciate,
all that holistic medicine has to offer.
With her knowledge of Western Medicine,
disease processes, and drug therapies,
coupled with her understanding of the
Eastern healing philosophies, herbal
medicine and practices, Marianne can
